Shipping Information - Most orders shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received (except on weekends and holidays). We ship by United States Postal Service. Delivery times will vary depending on the method of shipment. We are not responsible for delivery times once the item has been delivered to the Postal Service.   Sometimes the shipping cost does not calculate or show up on your invoice for International Addresses.  You will be contacted with the shipping charges after your order is placed.  If you want a shipping quote, please feel free to contact us at parcelpartsonline@sbcglobal.net for a shipping quote.

General Returns Policy - Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, however, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping charges) if you are not completely satisfied. Please contact us at parcelpartsonline@sbcglobal.net within 7 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. Shipping charges for all returns must be pre-paid.
